This extra virgin olive oil represents the perfect union of age-old wisdom and modern innovation. It was made available to the public for the first time, following its presentation at the Merano International WineFestival 2001.

The origin of the Fs17 olive is found in the liberal pollination of the "Frantoio" variety by the Institute of Olive Culture Research of the CNR of Perugia and first planted in 1993 by the Azienda De BelIis in the S. Oronzo contrada of Puglia.

The extraordinary properties of the Fs17 are characterized by an extremely low acidity and the elevated presence of natural anti-oxidizing substances. A balance of richness and fragrance confers a spicy fruitiness that exalts many foods.

Perfil organoléptico
Color green hued to warm golden. Aroma pleasantly fruity with eventual sensations of herbs and fresh almonds. Taste rich, smooth and fruity with a light to medium sense of spicy piquant.
