Santa Lucia 

The Santa Lucia extra virgin olive oil is extracted solely from olives picked in the D.I.E.M.M.E. estate (previously owned by Luisa Spagnoli), its lands located in the Umbrian hills between Perugia and Lake Trasimeno.

Oil is crafted and bottled with the same care with which Luisa Spagnoli used to design her wonderful haute couture models, which made her internationally renowned. The olive trees grow on sunlit slopes, far away from factories and major roads, amidst a pristine environment where wild horses graze, so as to keep the underbrush low against the threat of fires and to naturally manure the land. All the production stages, from taking care of the land and the trees up to bottling, strictly abide by organic farming criteria.
