Rita de' Medici 

The farm is located in Vico, in the lower inland Lazio region, at the foot of the Ernici mounts. At 600 metres above sea level, the farm is far from any source of pollution, which makes it naturally suited for organic farming techniques, which for many years the owner has been using. There are 7 hectares of Leccino and Itrana varieties olive groves, with 1300 trees. After being hand picked, the olives are carefully processed within 48 hours, at a nearby organically certified oil mill.
