The Pietra Pinta Estate, which belongs to the Ferretti family since the 19th century, is located in Cori, a hill town of the Lazio region, just a few kilometres away from Rome. Nature has been generous with Cori: its many springs, which can best be appreciated in the Ninfa botanical garden, create the ideal condition for all kinds of crops.
The Pietra Pinta Estate was reorganized and renovated in the 70s. It spans approximately 150 hectares of olive groves and 40 of vineyards, along with an oil mill for cold processing the olives and controlled temperature cellars for storing the wine. All of the facilities are organically certified and products are traced in compliance with UNI 10939:2001 standards. Pietra Pinta offers farmhouse holidays with facilities for tasting the farm’s products. There are also hiking, horseback and bicycle trails, and visitors can spend the night in rooms that are surrounded by the greenery of the olive groves.
