The Calvarone Farm was born in 1995, when the Owner purchased the olive groves located in the hills around Spello.
The farm, surrounded by greenery, has highly permeable lands, excellent climate and microclimate conditions, which allow the olives to ripen slowly.
The olive grove spans approximately 30 hectares and is mostly comprised of the Moraiolo variety, with smaller percentages of Leccino and Frantoio.

Organoleptic profile
Green colour with yellow golden reflections. The olive green fruity offers clear grassy hints with notes of green tomato, closing with spicy aromas. Its mild taste confirms its scent with a clear bitterness and a firm spiciness.
 
Recommended gastronomic uses
Ideal uncooked on grilled meats, legumes and cereals, cooked vegetables. Excellent on salads.
