The farm spans three hundreds hectares where are grown local olive varieties such as: Ogliarola di Lecce, Cellina di Nardò and Leccino.
Since 1996 the whole production process is certified according to European regulations of organic farming, from the growing to the milling and bottling. The attention and care in oil’s production was credited in 2001, when Nachiro extra virgin olive oil won the first prize as the best extra virgin olive oil in Apulia in the Biol Award.
The farm complies with Unaprol’s traceability system, with ISO 9001:2000 and applies an environmental management system that complies with ISO 14001:2004.

Organoleptic profile
Its scent is expressed by a grassy fruitiness enriched by almondy notes. It has a sweet and spicy taste with a pleasant bitter in closing.
