In the Masserie di Sant’Eramo farm every stage of the olives’ work is strictly controlled: from growing and picking of the olives to their selection and bottling in order to provide the consumer with the best olive oil.
Oil is cold extracted from selected olives, hand picked at the right ripe level and processed within 24 hours, with a mixed continuous-cycle facility with granite stones.
The oils produced are two, in order to satisfy different tastes: Il Classico- the Classic with green label and Il Delicato- the Delicate with white label.
