Villa Buontempo
Address
The farm Antica Azienda Agricola Villa Buontempo takes its name from the little church of Madonna di Buontempo that was rebuilt in 1776. In this church the farmers prayed against bad climate conditions that damage growing.
Today the farm is run by Alcibiade and Rita Carissimo and has modern growing of olive trees, vineyards and vegetables.
The olives are hand picked at the right level of ripeness, from trees of Leccino, Cellina di Nardò, Ogliarola Salentina, Frantoio and Simona varieties.
In Villa Buontempo all stages of the production cycle are carefully controlled: from growing and picking of the olives to their bottling in order to provide consumer with the best quality.
