The Il Boschetto farm is located in Castiglione della Pescaia, in the heartland of Tuscany’s Maremma.
Since 2000 they have been producing aromatic olive oils and vinegars, salts and spices that are exported all over the world.
Guglielmo di Malavalle is the name of the oil mill founded in 2004 with the goal to process the olives picked from the farm’s olive trees that grow on the surrounding hills. The favourable climate combined with the influence of sea result in the growing of the trees.
The picking of the olives is between October and December. The oil is cold extracted using few water of mixing and without using separators. These production’s techniques permit to reduce the environmental impact.
The extra virgin olive oil produced has obtained Organic farming and PGI certificates.
