The olive groves of the Cecilia Noccioli farm are located in Cucigliana, in the Vicopisano municipality of the Pisa province.
The olive trees are centuries old, since when the Lorena family decided to plant olive trees on Pisano Mountain from Ripafratta to Buti. The olive groves include three hundreds plants on terraces which face South-East and are sunny all day-long.
The farm’s activities take place in a peaceful environment far away from industrial pollution, fully respectful of the environment and of local traditions.

The oil is yellow in colour with golden notes. Its delicate fragrance brings to mind hint of ripe olive, grass and sweet almond. Well balanced bitterness and spiciness.
