In an area between the South of Rome and the North of Naples, there is a land called Ciociaria where olive trees and vineyards has been growing since the time of Roman imperators. The Agricola Casale della Ioria is settled in this land. Its olive grove are cultivated in specialized grove at an altitude between 300 and 700 above sea level, on calcareous soil and with a favourable location.
