The Crecco family runs oil mills for many generations. The farm’s oil mill has a millstone, that consists in a circle tank where two stoned wheels spin and crush olives and stones.
After this process, the olives are converted in paste that goes to a machine called decanter where
pomace, oil and vegetable water are divided. Finally a centrifugal separator takes away residual impurities and separates water from oil. After that the oil is naturally decanted and not filtered to preserve the natural proprieties of one of the most natural and healthy food: the extra virgin olive oil.

An oil characterized by notes of almond and banana. Its sweet taste confirms scent’s sensations with light bitter and spicy.

Excellent uncooked on roasted meats, salads, vegetables, legumes and vegetables soups.
