The farm is located on the border of the two municipalities of Vetralla and Viterbo, at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level, in a hilly area included in the district of PDO Tuscia.
The founder of the firm was Lorenzo Lupi and nowadays the farm is run by his grandchildren Giuseppe e Maria Chiara Norcia.
The olive trees are mainly of the local variety Caninese but there are also more cosmopolitan varieties such as Frantoio and Leccino.
The oils produced are: Casale Lupi Caninese single variety and Sasso San Pellegrino extra virgin olive oil. The farm complies with the regional agricultural-environmental plan.
