The local variety, Itrana, produce not only an excellent extra virgin olive oil, but also the famous Gaeta olives appreciated for their organoleptic characteristics.
The co-operative welcomes visitor in guided tasting of local products.

Oil with green colour and golden hues. Its scent highlights a complex and intense fruity. Its fragrance starts with notes of freshly cut grass followed by artichoke and green tomato hints. Its bitter and spicy are replaced by almond aftertaste.
