The oil mill was founded in 1916 and in 1925 the oils were bottled and exported to USA. Nowadays the fourth generation of the Asaro family run the farm.

Sipa is located in Belice’s valley, an area where the olive growing has always been a part of the culture. The farm has two oil mills where olives are processed with a continuous-cycle facility. There are three bottling plants where are bottled all the formats of glass bottle, PET, PVC and cans.

Organoleptic profile
Its colour is green with warm yellow hues. Its fragrance is very complex with green aromas and tomato notes. Well balanced bitterness and spiciness. Spicy is persistent.

 
Recommended gastronomic uses
Best suited on boiled or grilled fish, new salads and white meat.
