The Tenuta Fontanara farm is located in the Musella Park, a natural oasis rich of forests and rivers protected from North by hills gently sloping towards the Verona valley.
The favourable conditions such as the microclimate and the soil, a modern irrigation facility, make it the ideal place to cultivate the olive trees. Moreover olives are carefully hand picked, taken to the oil mill in the same day of the harvesting. Finally the oil is bottled in the same farm.
Patrizia Bocchi is the young entrepreneur of Tenuta Fontanara and belongs to a family that has over thirty years of experience in agriculture.

Organoleptic profile
A golden yellow oil with green shades. Its fragrance brings to mind notes of green olive and grass. Its taste is sweet with light bitterness and spiciness.

 
Recommended gastronomic uses
A very versatile oil that blends well with meat, fishes or vegetable based dishes. Ideal uncooked.
