Tuscus 

The blue doors of the Tuscus oil mill open to welcome visitors on Via Cassa, an ancient road that cross the lands of Etruscans.
Tuscus is far from Rome only 68 kilometres and 18 kilometres from Viterbo (known as the cities of Popes) and it is located at the bottom of the medieval walls of the town of Vetralla.

Thanks to glass walls, visitors and olive growers can follow all the steps that bring olives to be processed in olive oil.
The Tuscus oil mill combines the professional know-how with modern technologies so as to respect European regulations and to guarantee consumers.

The oil mill opens all day long during milling, from 24th of October to 30th of January.

In the tasting room the fire of a chimney always burns for preparing bruschetta to taste olive oil.

In Boutique dell’olio, open all the year round from Tuesday to Saturday, it is possible to taste olive oils and purchase them. On Sunday and by advance booking, the oil mill organises brunch.
