The former Feudo of Carbonia was propriety of the Duke of Grazie and in 1800 purchased by Salamone brothers, rich sulphur merchants.
The farm spans approximately 50 hectares and currently is run by Salamone family.
The production of organic farming olive oil was started in 1997 for combining olive oil’s processing with the respect of the environment.

Oil with yellow colour and green intense notes. Its fruity is intense and asserts itself with vegetable notes of wild herbs and artichoke. Its has a medium intense bitter that is replaced by a firm spiciness.
