of Nocellara Etnea, Biancolilla and Carolea varieties.
For decades, the Tusa family has been supervising all the different stages of their olive groves, farming organically.
The harvest involves techniques that do not damage the fruit; olives are quickly milled and stored in a controlled environment.

Its colour is straw-yellow, while its fruity olive scent is grassy, with clear notes of tomato and cardoon. Its bitter and spicy notes are well balanced, and blend harmoniously with its mildly sweet taste.
