Letizia 

The Rollo farm was established in 1968 after Giovanni Rollo purchased an estate with 300 olive trees and 9000 grapevines in the countryside near Chiaramonte Gulfi. Twenty years later, his son Giorgio took over the farm and decided to eliminate
the vineyard to devote the whole venture to olive growing.
In 2001 the farm obtained its first oil certification with PDO Monti Iblei, and started bottling it the following year. The farm spans several hills and altitudes between 320 and 370 metres above sea level. Olives are cold milled in continuous-cycle facilities within 12 hours of being hand picked, thus complying with the strict standards of PDO Monti Iblei production.
