Panzica Marco

The farm is located in a hilly area in central Sicily.

The main crops are traditional Mediterranean ones, such as olives, almonds, pistachios, durum wheat, broad beans, peas and fodder. Irrigated fields sometimes grow vegetables like tomatoes and artichokes.

Over two centuries of experience, passed down through generations, merged with new production techniques and a respect for good farming practices, have resulted in a better product that is environmentally friendly.

The olive groves, which span 9 hectares, are the farm’s main activity, and are used to make oil as well as to market green and black table olives.
