The varieties are typical of the area, as the Pasola, the Cima di Mola, the coratina, Ogliarola, the Termite Bitetto, the Cima di Melfi and the newer cultivars such as I / FS 77 and / or 17 "Fabulous" implanted for the first time ever, worldwide, in 1993, just in company S.Oronzo. The Olive cultivar FS / 17 were originated from the open pollination of "Frantoio" on the part of the 'Olive Research Institute, CNR, Perugia.
