Ours is a small farm that stands on the ground of the north of Apulia, a land of history and tradition that has always been dedicated to the production of extra virgin olive oil. The CIVETTUOLO oil is obtained by a variety grown only in our area: the Peranzana, a cultivar introduced at the time of the Bourbon domination by the Prince de Sangro who owned their own fiefdoms in our area. From Peranzana is derived from an oil High quality and unique organoleptic characteristics including a high content of phenols, chlorophyll and carotene. Today, our farm is included in the list of companies to organic production and our Extra Virgin Olive Oil has won several awards.
