“Cooperativa Olearia e Produttori Agricoli” (The Oil Cooperative & Agriculture Producers) was founded in 1963 and now has 600 members. The Cooperative uses cutting edge facilities and keeps customers’ satisfaction at the centre of all phases in its production.To produce Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil the Cooperative uses non irrigated cultivation for the best natural results. It chooses the best varieties of Olive trees, operates with granite millstones and uses cold pressing . Only this guarantees unique nutritional and organoleptic characteristics (fatty acids and antioxidants) which are the heart of the Mediterranean diet.
