The extra virgin olive is extracted exclusively with traditional methods from physics and mechanics. The olives are subjected to mechanical actions which cause the rupture of the cell wall and membranes with consequent leakage, to extraction accomplished, oil. A process that hosts a wealth of experience in itself incredible and timeless, that we help by passing no more than 12 hours of harvesting to milling. We must not forget, finally, attention to the good conservation of the oil, ti offer the customer a treasure trove of scents and flavors.
Organoleptic profile
Has a pale green color, and the taste has hints of almond an artichoke fresh with delicated notes of bitter and spicy.
