Intense golden yellow colour with slight and limpid greens hues. Its aroma is fine and delicate, with vegetal hints of artichoke and lettuce, enriched by notes of aromatic herbs. Its taste is fine and mellow, endowed with hints of wild chicory and a note of black pepper and sweet almomd. Bitterness is distinct and pungency is limited and complementary. It would be ideal for chickpea appetizers, shellfish salads, marinated bass, steamed fish and soft fresh cheese.

Organoleptic profile
Medium fruity with intense limpid golden yellow colour with vegetal hints of artichoke and aromatic herbs. Its taste is fine and mellow. Bitterness and pungency are complementary.

Recommended gastronomic uses
Chikpea appetizers, shellfish salads, fish cous-cous, mixed vegetal, chicken on the grill.
