An oil which is peculiar for its uniqueness and originality of taste. The territorial identity gives it a distinctive chacter that makes this particular monocultivar Bosana different from the strong, some times rough, taste of the oil from other areas. Harmonious, fresh and elegant for the palate, our oil is medium-fruity in intensity, with hints of grass, thistle, artichoke and fresh almond. Aftertaste is slightly bitter, with a spicy conclusion that makes it especially enjoyable to serve raw. It has a rich aroma, with a balanced yet persistent taste. It enhances the flavour of your food, bringing out the best in Mediterranean-style cooking and refining a wide range of important dishes.

It is characterized by perceptions of fruit and hints of wild herbs and artichoke. Fluid and persistent in the mouth; the initial soft taste of olive and almond is followed by the flavor of artichoke along with balanced notes of bitter and spicy.
