One of the most award-winning olive oils and spoken in Italian, and definitely one of the best oils you will ever taste. Grand Cru "Per Liliana" is an organic olive oil ultra-premium product in a strictly limited edition hand-numbered bottles from Zimarino Masseria Don Vincenzo, on the Trabocchi Cost, in the Abruzzo Region of Italy. Is used in some of the most prestigious five-star hotels around the world, as well as the famous Michelin-starred Chef and Gault-Millau in Italy and elsewhere, for its greater depth of flavor and the quality of its healthful properties.
The extra virgin olive oil "Per Liliana" is Grand Cru, since it is made with the use of only the olives of the variety Ascolana Tenera and comes from the cru "Masseria Don Vincenzo" located in Torre Sinello in the town of Vasto, Abruzzo, land that presents an ancient marine terrace with trees.

The oil "Per Liliana" Grand Cru was created when Liliana Zimarino has been operated for breast cancer and the surgeon had recommended to eat really healthy food, safe, and that was good for the health standpoint. Here then the idea of producing an oil with a high percentage of vitamin E and polyphenols. One tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil rich in polyphenols is, in fact, recommended by pediatricians since weaning of children, as an important contribution to the growth and well-being.
We got an extra virgin olive oil with low alkil esters, silky on the palate and delicate aromas. But most importantly, we were able to preserve the maximum of the rich supply of polyphenols (antioxidants essential for our health). To achieve this important result we have long studied the time of harvest, the pressing and bottling, to get the oil intact and live up to the consumer.
You can enjoy the goodness and wholesomeness of a virgin organic as freshly pressed. To be good and do good for your health, the oil has to be done perfectly and still be healthy when it is consumed, thus reaching also another result: the content of essential fatty acids and oleic acid correspond to the percentages present in breast milk .

The Grand Cru "Per Liliana" is made with the highest possible standards of cultivation and production in biodynamic agriculture, a sustainable method of farming that emphasizes the holistic development and harmonious relationships between soil, vegetation and native cultivars to inside and around the farm, creating not only the most natural environment for the olive oil, but an oasis of wildlife. The olives are hand picked and pressed within a maximum of 10 hours. Is abolished the use of herbicides, pesticides and chemical fertilizers in any of the stages of production, making this oil a few very special in the world. Scientific research in the Department of Chemistry at the Politecnico di Milano has confirmed that olive oil reaches a level of proteins and polyphenols much higher than average.

Organoleptic profile
"Per Liliana" Grand Cru is a Ascolana tenera in purity and has a light fruity characterized by excellent herbal notes: tomato leaf green, Mediterranean scrub, aromatic herbs. The bitter, slightly spicy prevailing sustains the vitality and is present at the end of the tasting.
Recommended gastronomic uses
Ideal with seafood appetizers, steamed shellfish, grilled fish, pasta with shellfish, salads, spelled and barley, fine pastries, white meat grilled and steamed sea bass in salt, salad of field, soft cheeses, blueveined, goat, ricotta.
