DOP Colline Teatine"Don Vincenzo" is an ultra-premium organic olive oil produced in a strictly limited edition in hand-numbered bottles by Tenuta Zimarino Masseria Don Vincenzo, on the Trabocchi Coast, in the Abruzzi Region of Italy. It is used in some of the most prestigious five-star hotels around the world, as well as by famous Michelin and Gault-Millau starred chefs in Italy and elsewhere, due to its superior depth of taste and quality of its health properties.
In order to communicate and certify to all those who choose Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Masseria Don Vincenzo" Grand Cru and AOC Abruzzo Colline Teatine ultra-premium, our true and deep love for the original products and the absolute respect towards' environment, we decided to be certified biodynamic, organic and VeganOK.
We respect the traditions and the most modern production standards for the protection of food quality and safety.
"Don Vincenzo" Colline Teatine Vastese DOP, ultra-premium, very well balanced oil is produced from a mixture of olive rigorously precise Gentile di Chieti (40%), Leccino (30%), Moraiolo (15%) and Nebbio of Chieti (15%), according to the Rules of the DOP Colline Teatine which show a uniqueness that you, dear consumer, you've never tasted before.
In our Farm, our philosophy is realized in the production of some of the best olive oils in the world, ultra, high-quality, low alkyl esters, and with high-profile Biophenols, rich in oleic acid, antioxidants (vitamin E and polyphenols) and without pesticide residues.

It is made using the highest possible standards of cultivation and production in bio-dynamic agriculture, a sustainable method of organic farming that emphasises the holistic development and harmony of relationships between the soil, native vegetation and cultivars within and around the farm, creating not only the most natural olive oil environment, but a wildlife oasis. The olives are hand picked and pressed within a maximum of 10 hours. No chemical products or fertilisers are used in any of the stages of production, making this one very special oil amongst few around the world. Scientific research by the Department of Chemistry of the Polytechnic of Milan has
confirmed this olive oil reaches a much higher than average level of proteins and poly-phenols.
A must have for any connoisseur, it is presented in a hand-crafted solid pine wood case, also making it a perfect luxury gourmet gift.
Organoleptic profile
The "Don Vincenzo" Colline Teatine Vastese DOP, ultra-premium, it is very elegant, fruity, herbaceous nose is expressive with spicy notes of almond, artichoke and green banana. The taste is initially sweet, enveloping, with a retro spicy smell of medium intensity, slightly bitter and precious and extraordinary nutritional and organoleptic qualities.

Perfect with boiled vegetables, salads and grilled meats, red meats, grilled roast and read, pasta and sauces.
