Since 1936, in the territorial area between Trapani and Marsala , the Titone family produces a high quality olive oil, good and natural. The green olives of each cultivar Cerasuola, Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla are harvested by hand from the first week of October and are pressed after a few hours the company mill. The oils mono varietal products are stocked under nitrogen in steel silos and only after chemical analysis and tasting are blended to originate Titone PDO Valli Trapanesi Oil and Organic Titone Oil.

Organoleptic profile
Scent: at nose is ample and definite, rich in notes of green olive and of freshly grass, Artichoke and unripe tomato.
Taste: it’s taste is full and vegetal. Bitterness and pungency,balance, black pepper.
Recommended gastronomic uses
UGGEST USES: ideal condiment for vegetable salads , raw and boiled vegetables , first courses. It is optimum on tuna marinara, Caesar’s mushroom soups, soups of pulses, oven grilled fish and mozzarella cheese, evo ice cream
