Puglia Alimentare is located on a hill at 420 metres above sea level. The Caroli family has decades of experience to process the olives grow in their lands and the ones of the surrounding area. The farm produces several oils thanks to the selection of different varieties and to the experience of three generations of olive growers. The most processed varieties are: Ogliarola, Coratina, Frantoio, Leccino, Pechioline, Carolea, Maiatica and the local variety Olivastra. Puglia Alimentare not only produces PDO and Organic farming olive oils but also: wines, fresh hand made pasta, bronze drawing pasta with slow drying process, sauces and olive oil cosmetics.

Organoleptic profile
The oil is yellow-golden in colour with green notes. Its fragrance is slight and delicate and yields sensations of exotic fruit and almond. Its taste is well rounded with light spicy and bitter.
Recommended gastronomic uses
Ideal on cooked and raw vegetables, legumes, bruschetta, roasted meats and fish. It is recommend to prepare food for babies.
