Ronci's family is an old family of farmers who live in this land and worked among the olive trees for generations and she is an integral part of this extraordinary territory. In the '50s Nello Ronci bought a small property in the hills of Bevagna where he established his family and where he began a modest production of oil. The development took place, however, thanks to the will and tenacity of his son Marcello, who, having the passion for the oil and for his land, he knew, with sacrifices, acquire and implant, over the years, new olive groves and in1980, to make a new modern mill. Oil Ronci is "Passion", the result of a deep knowledge of the territory, the wise and valuable tradition combined with modern techniques of cultivation and processing, based on the dictates of Organic Agriculture. The property covers an area of about 15 ha at an altitude of 350 m asl. The 5000 olive trees are implanted in a land of calcareous origin, very rocky and poor in humus; the climate is very mild and not too moist, do not allow the reproduction of the "oil fly", making this place an ideal environment for the cultivation of olive trees. The mill is located in the middle of the property, and housed in a quaint old barn. We welcome all visitors to come to our new “Tasting Room” so that they can discover for themselves the quality of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We offer guided visits to the olive groves so the visitor can gain an understanding of “traditional” olive oil processing and share the pleasure of an tasting experience. Everyone is welcome, whether experts or simply lovers of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. On request we organize tours and tastings. Possibility of direct selling in the factory shop; availability of parking for cars and buses.
