The Casamanza Farm is located at an altitude of 350 meters and spans 25 hectares of land, mostly covered with olive trees. Some of the trees are centuries-old and all are cultivated organically. The farm’s driving force is the owner, Anna Cianca Susani. After spending years traveling the world, she chose this corner of paradise to rediscover her roots and live according to the rhythms of the countryside. Although immersed in the tranquility of nature, the Casamanza Farm is near Perugia and only a short distance away from other Umbrian towns of artistic interest. The farm boasts splendid views of Assisi and Mount Subasio. The main building consists of a construction dating back to ca.1600, purchased and renovated by the current owner in 1984. Five hundred meters away from the main building is a structure which the company utilizes for agritourism purposes. It has been renovated and was opened to the public in 2004. The farm can be reached by car from the Ponte Felcino exit off Highway E45.
