Created in 1972 to process olives from the farm of the s ame name, the Montioni Gabriele Oil Mill was renovated during the 90s, transforming a family business into an important point of reference for the whole area. Today, the oil mill is equipped with a completely computerized system that monitors the temperature at every stage of production. The yearly processing capacity is approximately 5000 quintals of olives, one of the largest in Montefalco. The farm also has 2000 olive trees and offers its milling services to other local olive growers. The oil mill is open 365 days a year. Everyone is welcome to visit the facilities and participate in free tastings.
