Uliva

Uliva has become a symbol of the Alto Garda Trentino and represents the best in the area as being certified with the DOP Garda Trentino and made only with the indigenous variety, Casaliva. Obtained only at the beginning of the oil campaign, usually at the end of October and beginning of November, from green olives and so early maturation, is produced since 2008. In its short life it received the highest awards at national and international level as well as being very appreciated for its packaging. It is obtained from a strict selection of batches of olive in the olive grove, and lots of oil, which get obtained. For this reason its production is quite limited, but despite this has spread throughout the Italian peninsula and in major international markets.
