Il Tempio d'Ercole
Its two longer borders are marked by furrows and forests rich in ferns, cyclamens and oak, chestnut and hazelnut trees; pleasant, romantic trails meander through them. This land is not flat and uniform, but, rather, full of gentle hills and marvellous valleys. The 5,000 olive trees that grow here seem to glow with the life endowed by this charming and exclusive location. The estate’s upper segment is divided into a 7 hectare vineyard and a 4 hectare kiwi grove. The farm is run with enthusiasm and fervour by Alessandra Ceraso, daughter of founder Mariano Ceraso. With a degree in Chemistry, she has been able to expand her knowledge on oil and to join the first national panel of oil tasters.
