Manestrini
In the year 1300, a Franciscan monastery and oil mill stood atop a hill off the Western shore of Lake Garda; it was here that, in the year 1960, the first Manestrini oil mill facility was erected. The Manestrini farm and oil mill are family run enterprises deeply steeped in local tradition. For over 40 years the whole production cycle, from cultivation to harvesting, from milling to storage, has been performed on the farm. In 2002, the oil mill was moved to a new location and was entirely renovated.
