The organic extra virgin olive oil LALIA is produced in the territories of Alia and Palazzo Adriano in Palermo province. The product is obtained from the processing of 3 varieties of olives widespread in Sicily: the Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla. The olives are harvested by hand and with the aid of mechanical aids and processed in the farm mill. The oil produced is stored in different ways and for variety in special stainless steel tanks. The name Lalia is originated from the ancient feud owned by Francesca woman Cifuentes, who got in 1617 by the Spanish King Philip III, granting to settle the feud, build homes, prisons and churches.
