The oil Moccari Tracciato is the flagship Moccari farm, located in an area suited to the olive tree, such as the beautiful Salento, in Puglia. Our oil comes exclusively from olives harvested in olive orchards and embodies the story of a family, Salento culture, ancient traditions but also cutting-edge technologies to offer the consumer the option of a unique sensory journey, with only a glimpse. Organoleptic profile
The oil brings light fruity aromas on the nose with hints of freshly mown grass and artichoke, the palate gives a feeling floral, almost syrupy, with apricot flowers; the dough is soft in the mouth with a final balanced.
