The oil Moccari Tracciato is the flagship Moccari farm, located in an area suited to the olive tree, such as the beautiful Salento, in Puglia. Our oil comes exclusively from olives harvested in olive orchards and embodies the story of a family, Salento culture, ancient traditions but also cutting-edge technologies to offer the consumer the option of a unique sensory journey, with only a glimpse. Our oil is a perfect combination of passion for our work and love for the land and its generous fruits, which form the backdrop to the seventeenth-century farmhouse Moccari. The birth of Moccari Tracciato is supported by professionalism, expertise and research of the highest quality, certified and guaranteed traceability of the product but having a keen eye on respect for nature, with the aim of enhancing not only the products but also our land and its traditions. Organoleptic profile
The oil brings light fruity aromas on the nose with hints of freshly mown grass and artichoke, the palate gives a feeling floral, almost syrupy, with apricot flowers; the dough is soft in the mouth with a final balanced.
