Here, the main activity is the agriculture, particularly the cultivation of olives and vine and thanks to the mild climate and to the fertility of the territory we can produce a very genuine extra virgin olive oil. Our extra virgin olive oil is directly produced in our firm, from harvesting to bottling processes, with no use of pesticides or fertilizers, just care and love to the olive oil and to the olive grove.
To satisfy the demands of our customers, we continuously improve our service quality, focusing on the package of current and new products, and using processing and packaging methods of increased hygiene level.
Organoleptic profile
ROBUSTO - extra virgin olive oil has a light green colour with hues of yellow and an intense aroma of young almonds. Its flavour is intense, pleasantly bitter and peppery, with a finish of almond
and artichoke.

a great variety of food from our typical recipes such us orecchiette, home-made
sauces and pizza to salads, vegetable soups, grilled meat, and fish.
