Crrystal clear, golden yellow color, intense nose with hints of citrus which then pass to plant and floral notes with a keen memory of the scent of artichoke and mint on the palate has a sweet entry, absolutely no fat, which evolves quickly and pleasantly in a intensity bitter and spicy very well balanced.

In the mouth it is elegant and harmonious, rich fruity notes do etoni plant grass and carciofo.Amaro and spicy, balanced and elegant on the finish.
