Olio Iannotta
The Iannotta Lucia farm was born in 2008 but it has solid fondamenta on the ancient family’s farm. The ancient olive groves span 15 hectares with most of which are of Itrana variety and is settled on an terraced hilly area. The production is almost exclusively of olive oil but olives in brine are also produced. An oil mill completes the entire cycle production and permit to mill within 24 hours after picking.

It has a beautiful intense green colour. Its fragrance has elegant notes of green olive and tomato. Bitterness of medium intensity is followed by a well balanced and firm spiciness.
