Extravirgin olive oli DOP Bruzio is extracted from carefully selected olives, picked bay hand from the trees of the best varietes. The Geraci farm is located in Corigliano Calabro, in the largest plain of Calabria, the plain of Sibari. Corigliano Calabro is a town steeped in history perched on a small hill where a majestic eleventh century castle looks out over the plain. D.O.P. Bruzio is extra virgin olive oil that gurantees 100% Italian olive oil, specifically linked to the land, culture and unique features of Italian olive growers. The hih quality is substained by the tecnology applied to the whole production chain. This ensures the best possible extraction conditions. The machinery is equipped whit sensors to control the temperature and keep it under 23-26° C durng the malaìxing and extracting processes.

Recommended gastronomic uses
The oil has a very low acid content that makes it suitable for dressing all kinds of food and for therapeutical use. Thi oil is delicious on pasta. It enhances the flavour of meat and is excellent on vegetables and fish. Use it to add a personal touch to your sandwiches and sauces. Food fried in extra virgin olive oil is light and easily digested. This oil resists high temperatures: the unsaturated fatty acids do not oxidise, the oil does not deteriorate and present health hazard.
